Welcome to Crystal Coast Mold Pros. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any other interactions you may have with our business, whether online, in person, or over the phone. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Crystal Coast Mold Pros offers professional services including, but not limited to:

Mold inspection and testing
Mold and mildew remediation
Water damage restoration
Home remediation and prevention services
Air quality and HVAC treatments
Crawl space and attic fogging treatments

All services will be carried out by qualified technicians in accordance with industry standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We offer free consultations and estimates for most services. Pricing is based on the scope of work, size of the affected area, type of mold, equipment required, and labor time.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Any changes in the condition of your property or additional services requested after the estimate is provided may result in an updated quote.

3. Appointments and Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments without prior notice (minimum 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.

During service, you agree to allow our team safe access to necessary areas of your property, including crawl spaces, attics, and HVAC systems, as needed to complete the scope of work.

4. Payments and Invoicing

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept payments by credit card, check, and other approved methods.

Invoices not paid within 15 days may be subject to late fees. In the event of non-payment, Crystal Coast Mold Pros reserves the right to seek legal or collection remedies.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Refunds for completed work are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 7 days of completion so we can work to resolve the issue.

6. Guarantees and Limitations

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer service guarantees where applicable. However, due to the nature of mold growth and environmental factors, we cannot guarantee that mold will not return if underlying conditions (e.g., leaks, poor ventilation) are not corrected.

Crystal Coast Mold Pros is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, undisclosed hazards, or delays caused by weather, third parties, or access limitations.

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Disclose known moisture or mold issues prior to inspection
Provide safe and timely access to your property
Follow our post-treatment care recommendations
Ensure pets and children are kept clear of work areas during service

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may delay or limit the effectiveness of services and void applicable guarantees.

8. Health and Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff. Our team follows all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and using EPA-approved, eco-friendly products.

While our services reduce exposure to harmful mold, customers with severe mold allergies or health conditions should consult a medical professional before reoccupying the treated area.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Crystal Coast Mold Pros and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
