Position Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and driven Sales Consultant to join our team and help connect clients with the services they need to make their homes and businesses safer. This is a consultative sales role—focused on educating customers, building trust, and delivering clear, customized solutions for mold, air quality, and remediation issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer concerns and present appropriate services
- Educate clients about mold risks, treatment options, and long-term prevention strategies
- Prepare and deliver detailed estimates and service proposals in a timely manner
- Follow up with leads, referrals, and past customers to build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the remediation and inspection teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using company CRM
- Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy in every interaction
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends, services, and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous sales experience preferred (especially in restoration, home services, or environmental industries)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a field-based role and entering residential or commercial properties
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check (required for residential service providers in NC)
